What's New - Apr 5-11, 2026
Changelog

This week graph8 expands beyond software into a full services marketplace. SDRs can be hired end-to-end, the ads platform ships, and quote-to-cash puts revenue operations inside the product. Appointments reach full calendar integration, and the workflow engine keeps gaining nodes and portability features.

New

SDR Marketplace (Major)

Hire SDRs end-to-end: browse providers, compare rate cards, message talent, hire, and pay out. Accepted bookings sync to meetings for billing, payouts run through connected accounts, and unified signup supports both client and SDR roles with RBAC.

Ads platform end-to-end (Major)

Launch paid campaigns from graph8: connect ad networks via OAuth, generate images and copy with AI, build audiences, and push the campaign live through a single wizard.

Quote-to-Cash (Major)

Create and send quotes with e-signature, manage a product catalog, configure revenue settings, and see a Quotes tab inside each deal room. Deal values roll up automatically when a quote is accepted.

Appointments end-to-end (Major)

Calendar integration completes with Google Calendar sync, public cancel and reschedule pages, booking management URLs, a webchat booking flow, and filterable insights with CSV export.

New keyword resolver

Keyword resolution moves to an LLM plus MAID chain with hybrid search, giving better targeting suggestions and faster matching across the analytics engine.

Workflow JSON export and import

Export any workflow to JSON from the canvas toolbar and import it into another org. The JSON format captures triggers, nodes, and edges cleanly.

Enrich contact and verify email nodes

Two new workflow action nodes handle inline enrichment and email verification without leaving the automation canvas.

Inbox tag applied trigger

Start a workflow the moment a tag is applied to an inbox message. Useful for routing replies to the right team or kicking off follow-up sequences.

Clickable lead names and grid AI actions

Lead names in the leads grid link straight to the contact detail page. Bulk AI actions are now available directly from the grid header.

Workbench AG Grid listing

Workbench tables render in AG Grid with a JSON cell viewer for deeply nested data and a one-click export to a saved list.

Inbound call routing

Inbound calls route through the receptionist agent with phone directory gating, availability windows, and organizer default apps for Roam-based conferencing.

Improved

SugarCRM enhancements

SugarCRM push sync adds polish across field mappings, edge-case handling, and revenue lifecycle fields, bringing it close to parity with HubSpot and Salesforce.

Sequencer outflow reliability

Sequencer max outflow now runs a 2-step lookahead with an execution-time guard, and the SequenceCreate Contacts tab paginates server-side for very large lists.

Contact list dropdowns

Contact list pickers switch to infinite scroll with server-side search, so even the biggest accounts load instantly inside workflows and campaigns.
