What's New - Jun 13 to Jun 19, 2026
This week graph8 ships Radar as a full competitive intelligence surface inside Studio, the Performance Reports area gets an anchored date-range calendar with 30+ data-accuracy fixes, and Master Lists give every workspace a true union-of-lists rollup with mirror sync.
New
Radar competitive intelligence in Studio (Major)
Radar lands as a full Studio Content surface. Pick competitor pages to track, see a clean diff of every meaningful change, browse Traffic and market intelligence built on real own-site analytics, and turn flagged moments into idea-stage content across five formats.
Performance Reports anchored calendar (Major)
Twenty Performance reports now share an anchored date-range calendar with consistent window math, plus thirty data-accuracy fixes spanning SDR heatmaps, sequence status, MRR, won/lost dating, meeting pipeline, cost per meeting, and dialer dispositions.
Master Lists for union-of-lists rollups (Major)
Master Lists merge any set of child lists into a single rollup with mirror sync, plus an include-all mode that auto-pulls every list in the workspace. Add or remove children and the master stays in lockstep.
AI Inbox always-on with conversation pause (Major)
Healthy mailboxes now sync continuously, the per-mailbox enable toggle is gone, and every channel flows into the AI Inbox by default. Conversation-level auto-respond pauses per thread when you want to take over manually, and mailbox signatures auto-populate everywhere you reply.
Grounded newsletter AI generation (Major)
Newsletter AI now generates against your real positioning, voice, and active campaign, runs a deterministic email-safe quality gate before drafts land, and keeps template parity across the Hub run to run.
New workflow nodes for sequences and revenue
The visual workflow builder gains four new nodes. Create Deal and Create Quote push records into the revenue pipeline, Lookup Sequences with remove-from-all-sequences cleans contacts out of running flows, and contact-in-list checks membership by work email or contact id.
Appointments calendar overlay and drag-to-reschedule
Bookings tab gets an interactive calendar view with drag-and-drop reschedule. Connected Google and Outlook calendars overlay as a read-only layer so you see every existing meeting next to graph8 bookings.
Marketplace contracts redesigned
Talent contracts ship with a redesigned PDF that streams on demand and regenerates automatically when storage is briefly unreachable. Browse now lets reps save a match-grade filter alongside the rest of the filter chips.
Web chat theme controls and agent avatars
Web Chat ships admin-editable theme tokens (font size, separate widget and message corner radius), an agent avatar gallery that renders in the widget header, bot messages, and the Agents grid, plus a brand mirror fallback that keeps existing widgets looking right by default.
Agency-scoped Developer API keys
Agency-scoped API keys can now target any sub-org via the X-Target-Org-Id header. MCP tool calls and Developer API requests stream into the analytics warehouse, and the MCP server trims its connect-time context so tool counts stay honest.
Improved
Dialer reliability and custom dispositions (Major)
The dialer gains org-level custom dispositions, a unified bottom drawer with past-call review, persistent grid filters, a single self-clearing ring-tone reconciler, and fixes for sessions self-pausing and the wrong contact appearing in the active-call drawer.
Enrichment scale and resilience (Major)
Bulk enrichment now batches with a global rate limiter, byte-aware chunking, audience-membership dedup, credential-aware waterfall defaults, and a direct live event stream so progress shows up the moment work starts.
Permissions enforced across the platform (Major)
Role permissions now gate Contacts, Companies, Deals, Lists, Sequences, Nurtures, the dialer, the copilot, the MCP, and the agency Manage Orgs surface. Non-admins see empty states where appropriate, and copilot resolves user permissions by PropelAuth id with a master kill switch for emergencies.
Entity search 400x faster
Contact and company search migrates to index-driven arms, dropping average response time from roughly 1.3 seconds to about 3 milliseconds. Each hit shows relevance, provenance, an exact-match indicator, and a Related footer.
CRM sync parity for linked companies
Contact pulls from HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho now also create the linked Company in graph8, with Salesforce field-mapping defaults auto-populated, batched CampaignMember add and remove, and a fix that bypasses the 2000-record offset cap on campaign pulls.
