Changelog

SMS joins the AI inbox as a first-class channel, a new performance analysis view lands, and deals ship natively in graph8 alongside three new workflow triggers and a mailboxes revamp.

New

SMS channel in AI inbox (Major)

SMS is now a full channel in the AI inbox. Inbound and outbound SMS threads appear alongside email conversations, with AI draft replies available for SMS.

Performance analysis view (Major)

A new analytics surface showing per-sequence, per-campaign, and per-rep performance metrics. Includes date range filtering and CSV export.

3 new workflow triggers

Three new triggers for workflow automation: contact enters a list, deal stage changes, and calendar event created.

Activities feed

A chronological activity timeline on contact and company detail pages. Shows calls, emails sent, meetings booked, and notes - filterable by activity type.

Deals

Pipeline deals can now be created, edited, and tracked natively in graph8. Deals include stage, value, close date, and linked contacts. Full CRM sync is configurable.

Non-US phone number support

International phone numbers can now be added to contacts and used in sequences and the dialer. Country code selection is available in the phone number input.

Improved

Mailboxes revamp (Major)

The email infrastructure settings page has been completely redesigned. Mailboxes now display connection health, warmup status, bounce rates, and per-mailbox sending limits in a single view.

AI inbox - email draft improvements

On-demand drafts now respect thread context more precisely. Drafts created on-demand no longer overwrite in-progress manual edits.

Sequencer - phone priority

Sequence steps with a phone channel now auto-surface the highest-priority phone number for each contact, reducing manual selection.

Call logs

Call logs now show inbound vs. outbound indicators, duration, recording download links, and disposition labels.

Copy-to-clipboard buttons

Copy buttons added to key data fields: email address, phone number, and LinkedIn URL on contact cards.
