New
Trial Command Center with Activity Replay (Major)
Revenue ops gains a Stripe-anchored Trial Command Center that ranks trials by signup, expiry, and ghost status. Pill-aware KPI strips drill into Active, Expired, and Ghost cohorts, contact and company members carry their own sessions, and Activity Replay plays back every trial visit inside graph8 with a clean scrubber and gated platform scope.
Two-sided marketplace job board (Major)
Marketplace becomes a two-sided platform. Operators publish open roles with PDF job descriptions, talent applies, recruiters export shortlists into Data Lists, unclaimed and incognito profiles surface for sourcing, and service-statement billing handles proration, line-item seeding, and client edits end to end.
Radar LinkedIn intelligence expansion (Major)
Radar adds five LinkedIn intelligence features: a competitor corpus feed, steal-format templates, audience heist matching, warm-account alerts, and an AEO sentinel. Competitor stat cards become clickable drill-downs, Ads & keywords pull live capture and run-dates, and company pages gain a LinkedIn posts tab plus a Jobs feed.
Pipedrive CRM integration (Major)
Pipedrive joins HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho with full parity. Push and pull every entity (contacts, companies, deals, leads), drive segments by Tags, map rich custom fields both directions, link contacts to organizations on push and pull, and browse pulled records in a persistent Pull tab.
Personal booking pages
Anyone in the org can host personal booking pages under their own username. Phase 0 wires the profile and slug; Phase 1 ships “For myself” event types with profile pictures, a colorful event-scope toggle, and a My events default. Slug-less orgs fall back to legacy org id so links keep resolving cross-tenant.
Newsletter calendar invites
Newsletter issues can carry a calendar event. A reusable calendar event resource powers a Sheet inside the editor with intelligent CTA linking; outgoing emails attach the .ics, calendar invites carry the proper online-meeting URL, and Newsletter relocates into the Engage menu with its own router layer.
Dialer enhancements
The dialer ships a unified filter queue where the grid IS the queue, plus contact notes in Call Outcome, a unified past-call panel, manual-dial ringback, save-unknown-caller as contact, international number search and inbound, restored Session User column with admin-only cross-user visibility, and server-side caller-ID daily limit with auto-rotate.
Voice recordings on durable cloud storage
Call recordings now write to graph8’s durable object store with read-fallback to legacy storage. Older recordings keep streaming while every new call lands directly on the new path, with no cutover gap for review or sales coach playback.
Contact avatars and company logos throughout
Profile photos render in the Contacts grid and on contact detail pages, and company logos show in the Companies grid, company lists, and the company contacts rail. Loading is async per page so scrolling stays smooth even on big lists.
Email Validation as an email verification waterfall
Email Validation graduates to a dedicated email verification waterfall column. Configure provider order, persist verdicts to a real grid column, reuse the column to re-verify existing work emails, and watch live-stream progress with cleaner active-path display.
Improved
Unified credit pricing (Major)
A single credit pool replaces the legacy per-category model. Every paid plan gets a welcome grant and data services on the house, Team plan joins the lineup as a tier, and roughly forty previously unbilled AI and LLM calls across enrichment, copilot, image generation, landing pages, and the campaign builder now flow through the meter.
Workflow builder additions
The visual workflow builder gains a Create Dialer Session node, a Latest AI Inbox Email node with an array-aware contains operator, and a Pull Workbench Rows node for bulk reads. The FieldPicker now exposes dynamic workbench columns and nested-loop item fields, the workbench picker shows real data, and Test run surfaces a clear “workflow disabled” message instead of a raw 400.
Web chat reliability and handoff polish
Internal bot-assist sends a five-minute nudge instead of repeating “review shortly”, visitor identity is captured and surfaced on the Visitors chat tab, the Hide/Show Assistant toggle no longer sticks, widgets open straight to an unread conversation, and visitor capture hardens rate limits, IP spoof handling, and PII suppression.
Bulk add to suppressions from lists
Lists gain a bulk “Add to suppressions” action with a confirm modal so reps can shield contacts from outreach in a single step. The action ships to qa and prod together.
