This week the copilot becomes a true global companion with a persistent sidebar, multi-platform notifications, and @mentions. Automatic lead qualification lands alongside sharper data quality and dialer controls.

New

The copilot is now accessible from every page via a global sidebar. It includes a dedicated tools engine, contact and list lookups, dialer controls, and navigation commands, all available without leaving your current workflow.

Lead qualification engine (Major)

Incoming leads are now scored and qualified automatically based on configurable criteria. The leads grid shows a Qualified By column and supports backfilling scores for existing records. Configure qualification rules in Settings.

Multi-platform copilot notifications (Major)

The copilot now sends notifications and accepts messages across Slack, WhatsApp, Roam, and iMessage. Connect your preferred platforms from the Profile page and choose per-channel notification preferences. Messages include rolling conversation history for context.

@Mention notifications

Tag teammates with @mentions in copilot sessions. Mentioned users receive a notification in the bell icon and can jump directly into the conversation thread.

Staging export with dynamic column mapping

When exporting staged enrichment data to a list, a mapping wizard lets you match staging columns to graph8 contact fields. Unmapped columns are preserved as custom fields automatically.

Phone number assignee

Phone numbers can now be assigned to specific team members. The assignee is visible in the phone numbers table, and an edit dialog allows reassignment at any time.

Server-side mailbox and domain filters

The mailboxes and domains settings tables now filter server-side, making them significantly faster for large mailbox fleets. Drill-down navigation links domains directly to their associated mailboxes.

Contact data quality

CSV-uploaded contacts are now automatically linked to their companies so the Company Name column populates correctly. List grid text preserves original casing, and missing company fields appear in form-mapping dropdowns.

Dynamic domain pricing

Domain purchase pricing is now calculated dynamically based on TLD, with hold and charge amounts displayed in the billing UI before you confirm.

Copilot sequence tools

The copilot can now add, edit, and reorder sequence steps directly from the chat. Ask it to insert a new email step or adjust timing without opening the sequence editor.

Inbox timestamp formatting

Message timestamps in the inbox now display consistently across all conversation types, with relative formatting for recent messages and full dates for older ones.
