What's New - Mar 22-28, 2026
This week we shipped a full SugarCRM integration, a redesigned web chat widget, copilot web search, eight new workflow triggers, and reliability upgrades across the dialer and sequencer.
New
SugarCRM integration (Major)
SugarCRM is now a fully supported CRM alongside HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho. Contacts, companies, deals, and appointments sync bidirectionally with field mapping, type coercion, and phone sanitization built in.
Web chat redesign
The web chat widget has been completely redesigned with an updated admin interface, improved design settings, question filtering, and a refreshed visitor-facing chat experience.
Copilot web search and research mode
The copilot can now search the web in real time during conversations. Toggle between research mode and thinking mode to control how the copilot approaches complex questions.
Workflow trigger expansion
Eight new workflow triggers are available: LinkedIn connection accepted, LinkedIn message received, email replied, email bounced, call completed, call no-answer, sequence started, and sequence completed. Build automations that react to engagement across every channel.
Meeting sensitivity controls
Meetings marked as private or confidential in your calendar are now filtered based on participant visibility. Only attendees and their managers can see sensitive meeting details in the inbox.
Google OAuth mailboxes
Connect Gmail mailboxes using Google OAuth directly from the mailbox settings. No app passwords required - authenticate with one click and start sending.
Enrichment data column in list views
List grids now display a global enrichment data column, showing AI-enriched fields inline alongside standard contact data. Confidence scores render as numeric values with colored tier indicators.
Scraper bot for staging workbench
A new scraper bot agent in the staging workbench extracts structured data from web pages and feeds it directly into your enrichment pipeline.
Improved
Dialer reliability and number management (Major)
Resolved infinite retry loops on duplicate phone numbers, fixed voicemail misclassification on live calls, added a phone number selector dropdown, and improved outbound call authentication. Dialer analytics now support score-based filtering.
Sequencer stats accuracy
Sequence statistics now use the highest executed step for terminal attribution and no longer double-count bounced or replied contacts across multiple steps. Step templates also display correctly in the insert picker.
Zoho and CRM data quality
Zoho CRM push sync now includes type coercion for company fields and sanitization for mobile, assistant, and fax phone numbers. Field mapping improvements apply across all connected CRMs.
Warmup email detection
The inbox now uses warmup key IDs to identify warmup emails more accurately, preventing them from appearing in your active conversations.
Email editor formatting stability
Switching between HTML and plain text in the email editor no longer breaks your formatting or variables. Line breaks and personalization tags are now preserved when you change modes.
Caller ID validation
Outbound calls now check that your selected phone number is still active before dialing. If the number was removed, you’ll see a clear error instead of a silent failure.
Staging field extraction checkboxes
Checkboxes in the staging field extraction card now respond reliably on every click. Previously, some clicks appeared to do nothing.
