What's New - Mar 29 - Apr 4, 2026
This week the graph8 developer platform goes live with a full SDK, MCP server, and CLI. Appointments ship as a native booking system, the copilot is unified across every surface, and the workflow engine gains a multi-path node plus a wave of new lookup and action nodes.
New
graph8 developer SDK and MCP platform (Major)
The @graph8/js SDK ships with 14 modules and public endpoints, plus a CLI, docs site, and a full MCP server for Claude Desktop, Cursor, and other clients. Build directly against graph8 from code or any AI workspace.
Appointments and booking system (Major)
Native booking flows launch with public booking pages, cancel and reschedule links, host email notifications with calendar icons, and filterable insights with date ranges and CSV export.
Unified Global and Studio copilot (Major)
Global copilot and Studio copilot now share a single engine and UI. Staging and workbench tools are registered once and available wherever you chat with the copilot.
Web research v3
The research agent moves to a planner-as-brain architecture with skill-driven execution, JSON-formatted search results, and fixed per-run credit costs.
Data trial and PAYG signup
New self-serve flows for the 10K data credits trial and the PAYG tier with credit packs. Free and trial accounts now see an Upgrade to Pro card on the billing page.
Multi-path workflow node
The if/else condition node becomes a named-path node, so a single decision step can branch into any number of outcomes and keep the canvas readable.
Workflow node library expansion
New nodes cover Document Lookup, Contact Activity Lookup, Workbench Lookup, and additional communication channels. Sequence filters land on trigger nodes, and template variables can now be inlined directly in message fields.
Campaign-workflow association
Campaigns can now be linked to workflows, so orchestration and attribution stay in sync when a campaign launches complex multi-step automations.
Staging workbench upgrades
Find People lands inside the workbench alongside copilot-driven staging, LinkedIn lookup, email-attached PDF ingest, and scraper-bot enrichment.
Studio tables in AG Grid
Studio content mode tables migrate to AG Grid for faster filtering, sorting, and bulk actions across large document sets.
Global webchat widget
A reusable webchat widget ships for any graph8-powered site with starter question bubbles, a chat-with-human button, and automatic transfer detection in the copilot.
Receptionist agent and phone directory
Configure a receptionist agent and phone directory to route inbound calls. Directory tools are gated to receptionists only, with availability windows honored automatically.
Dialer and sequence controls
Re-dial by disposition adds a power-mode filter that cycles through specific outcomes. Sequences can now be archived via soft-delete without losing history.
Improved
Inbox sync reliability (Major)
The inbox sync path was simplified with EDA-driven reply detection, date-scoped SMTP checkpoints, a 5-minute cooldown between scans, and a skip-on-sent-folder optimization.
Roam integration hardening
Multi-select for DM notifications, OAuth auto-refresh across voice and workflow endpoints, and a dedicated Groups API key make Roam-based workflows production-ready.
